Interior

Preparation is the key when it comes to preparing previously painted surfaces

Ceiling & Walls

Step 1 : Jason & the team begin preparing your walls and ceilings by covering all your furniture & belongings with clean drop sheets masked up with 3M plastic & paper to ensure everything is thoroughly protected from paint and dust.

Step 2 : Ceilings and walls are pole sanded to ensure a smooth surface and so the paint will adhere to the prepared surfaces.

Step 3 : They call Jason “Patch O’Brien” because he uses a spot light to enhance the imperfections on the ceiling & walls while patching.  Jason uses this technique because in different light the naked eye can not always see these imperfections.

Step 4 : All cracks are filled with polyfilla gap sealant so ensure cracks flex (expand and contract) in hot and cold weather.

Step 5 : All patches are sanded smooth and primed with acrylic sealer.

Step 6 : Ceilings are painted with two coats of dulux premium flat acrylic paint.

Step 7 : Walls are painted with two coats of dulux premium wash & wear lo sheen.

Step 8 : At the end of each day the painting team clean up and a thorough clean at the completion of the painting project.
